AEron and Alejandra

When Aeron and Alejandra contacted me, they had just moved to Portland and were renting a small basement apartment with their daughter. They are visual artists and art professors who dreamed of finding a larger home with space for an artist’s studio. It didn’t take long for us to find a gorgeous house with a big, bright studio space in one of Portland’s best school districts. The house had been sitting on the market, and needed some work, but Aeron and Alejandra saw the potential. I was able to help them get the place for well below list price, and they’ve done wonders fixing it up. The house is a true gem that they have made their own.
